Meet Dr. John Ingle, MD
John Ingle, MD is a recognized expert in voice, airway, and swallowing disorders in upstate New York. As a board-certified Otolaryngologist/Ears Nose and Throat (ENT) surgeon, Dr. Ingle has over 10 years of experience in treating complex voice, upper airway, and swallowing disorders. He completed a fellowship in Laryngology and Care of the Professional Voice at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2013. In March 2022, Dr. Ingle joined Dr. Parul Goyal, MD Rhinology surgeon and ENT specialist in nose and sinus conditions, based in Syracuse, NY. Beginning September 2024, Dr. Ingle will open his own practice located in Rochester, NY.
Dr. Ingle practices a personalized voice care model that carefully takes into consideration the unique needs of each individual. Most patients receive medical and voice therapy treatments, while others may require surgical procedures. Detailed patient evaluations ensure that the care delivered is holistic and comprehensive.
Prior to his current practice, Dr. Ingle founded and built the University of Rochester Voice Center in Rochester, NY in 2014. Under Dr. Ingle’s leadership, the center became the largest voice and laryngology practice in New York State outside of New York City. Over the course of eight years, the center grew to three voice surgeons and six speech pathologists all specializing in voice, serving the entire region with referrals from across New York and north-central Pennsylvania.
